SACM designs, builds, finances and manages correctional and detention centres with KSCC being the first such project undertaken by the organization.

The phased process is achieved through negotiations with relevant government detention and/or correctional services authorities for the achievement of cost-effective solutions for the building of a detention centre.

Given the unique operating environment in Africa, consideration for surrounding communities and the act of job creation is also at the forefront of our planning strategies with local authorities.
