Kensani Corrections

Kensani Corrections (KC), a recognized empowerment company was formed in 1998 and is owned by Kensani Holdings (Pty) Ltd. The company was established to focus primarily on the empowerment of woman, with emphasis on individuals from historically disadvantaged backgrounds who own and manage the company. KC owns 100% of Kensani Corrections Management, an operating company which provides training, procurement and maintenance services to KSCC.

Department of Correctional Services

South African Custodial Management operates under a Public Private Partnership (PPP) with the South African Department of Correctional Services. The PPP arrangement is to design, finance, build and operate Kutama Sinthumule Correctional Centre in the Limpopo Province. This is a 3024 bed maximum security facility operated since 2002
